Position Overview - A customer service representative assists with answering questions and finding solutions, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with the daily operations of the agency.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Answer customer questions and find solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Assist with the daily operations of the agency.
- Work Office Hours: 9-5 Monday- Friday
